They say most of the planning is done about about 3 months before the wedding, and when you arrive at the hotel. We are getting married on the 28th of April, 2014. I have booked the photography, and dj for our wedding. We went to the resort to meet our wedding co-ordinator, Elisa. She was really quick to get back to me if it was something that was needed to be done, but some items take a bit longer, probably since they are not a priority. I wouldn't worry, they are used to planning weddings in a couple days time.

My wedding is booked for April 28th, 2014. We went to the resort last month to do the taste testing, and meet our wedding co-ordinator. We absolutely loved the resort, and we are very happy with our choice!!

Hi Ladies, thank you all for the helpful information on this thread!!! I haven't been able to get through to the wedding coordinator. Does anyone know or have any additional documentation from the resort above and beyond the FAQ, Wedding Guide, and locations document? I'm looking specifically for pictures and/or prices for upgrades to the chairs, flowers, decorations, etc and additional information on a private receptions with set menu. If anyone has this and could email me at [email protected] it would be very much appreciated.
