Hello!!! I need help finding a venue in Cabo that it not a resort. About 90% of our guests will be staying in a private residence, and most resorts require booking rooms. Please, any information/advice would be great!!!!!

Hello everyone!!! I am looking to get married in August of 2013 in Cabo. The problem I am finding, is that all resorts are requiring that our guests stay at the resort. The majority of our guests will be staying at a private residence. Any venue ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!
