Yes it seems they do.  If you click on the link and scroll to the bottom it says all the restaurants have gluten free options.  I looked into it because my mother is gluten free :)  Hope this helps!

I am using them for photography, so I am not sure what their standalone rates would be for video alone as my quote was for both video & photography. I didn't end up signing up for video just due to budget, so I am not sure what the recommended amount of hours is for wedding coverage.

I really like their work, they have been incredibly responsive and helpful so far, and they had good reviews on this and other sites. They were in the middle from what I found in terms of pricing- not the cheapest, nor the most expensive either.

I won't be able to post a full review until our wedding in November, but my experience so far has been positive.

    here is their website: http://anaandjerome.com

Thank you! I will definitely check them out!

  3. Hi all!  I am looking for a videographer for my wedding at Dreams this November and ideally would like a cinematographer but I can only find one so far in the Cabo area, Angel Zapien and his price is a little too high for me. ($5,000 minimum!)  If anyone has any good recommendations on videographers or cinematographers I would appreciate it!

Also, past brides, how many hours do you think is sufficient for good video coverage?  Is 3 enough?

    Thanks!!!

  4. Hi! We left it out of our invites.  The fee is only 20-30 at our place I believe, but we had a general idea who would be coming to our wedding since it is destination, and we knew they were going to stay at our hotel.  There were one or two couples that mentioned staying at time shares and we told them "Oh but your going to miss out on all the activities that weekend if you don't stay with us since there is a day pass fee of $78!" When we told them that they decided to stay with everyone else at the hotel.  If you are really not sure who will attend your wedding and who will not, then I might include something about a "day pass" fee on your wedding website.  Plus in our invites we put the contact info for our travel agent who gave great deals on our hotel.  You can always let people know that they won't get a better deal anywhere else!  Hope this helped I know its a sticky situation! :) Best of luck!

  5. Oh, if none of that works, if your mom insists on the dress, talk to your photographer and explain your concerns - it is amazing what they can do! As simple as not placing your mom next to your bridesmaids on the day of sometimes. Chances are, in pictures, you are probably the only person who notices.
That is great advice thank you! I would have never thought to talk to the photographer! I def don't want to hurt her feelings.
  6. Hi all! I had a question I needed some help with....my mother bought a dress for my destination wedding and I DO NOT like it at all.  It is way too busy for my taste and clashes with my bridal party's colors.  The style of the dress is nice, it's strapless and long, but the colors are horrible. sad.gif I do not want to offend her or come across as bridezilla but I want to know what I should do.  Do I tell her I don't like it and to find another option?  I would have went shopping with her to pick it out together but she went on her own without me.  Advice please!!!

My bridal party is paying $180 each for hair and make up and that doesn't even include eye lashes!! I've never heard of this before! OMG now I'm nervous about the whole thing.

Melissa, I am getting married at Dreams in November and I have heard that their salon is decent so I am getting my hair done, my mom's and my fiance's mom by Neysa and letting the bridesmaids get their hair done at Dreams.  From what I have read, Dreams does a decent job if it is a simple style and the girls bring lots of pictures of exactly what they want.  Just an option :)

  8. Hi ladies! I am getting married on November 9, 2013 at Dreams. I have been working with Mariana, but I have not see much written about her on this thread. It seems as though Yessica is the better wedding coordinator to work with? Please let me know if anyone has any information on Mariana. She seems pretty good, although slow to respond to emails as well. lol

  9. Hi andie! Thank you and congrats to you as well! So here is a brief break down of what I have so far: DJ- We booked DJ Ricardo and he was VERY responsive to all my emails and he seems very familiar with Dreams and their set up. Hair/Makeup- I booked Neysa Berman for my hair and makeup, my mother and my future mother in law. I asked Mariana (my wedding coordinator at Dreams) if I can use the hair in makeup in my package for my bridesmaids to get their hair and makeup done by the hotel and she said yes. Neysa is a little expensive but had great reviews so I didn't mind spending a little extra Photos: Although we did not want to spend more money on another outside vendor, we figured we were going to have to add money to our package of photos anyway so we looked into some photographers and decided on Gilda Badillo. Flowers: We are using Emporio (they are the vendor that is included in our package) We are going to have to add on again since the package does not have enough. That is all we have so far! I wanted to get everyting out of the way early. Plan now relax later kinda thing lol :) We are stll looking into maybe having some fire dancers or some kind of entertainment at the reception. I will keep you posted what we find! I got engaged in November and started planning pretty much right away for my November 9, 2013 wedding. I'm pretty new to this but I would say its not too early. I'm glad I got all of my stuff pretty much out of the way so quickly because I did not want to stress closer to the wedding. Hope this all helped a little!!

  10. Hi all! I have just sent my deposit and secured my date at the Dreams :) I am so excited but have a few questions. I have been on here reading all of these threads but I am very confused. We chose the Dreams Ultimate package (which appears to include photos, video, some flowers, hair and makeup etc) but what if we want a different vendor than the ones the Dreams is going to offer us? For example, I have been reading great things about Neysa and Suzanne for hair and makeup and I would like them to do mine. Will the resort let me hire them and give me a credit toward using them instead of their own staff? Can someone please just explain how these "packages" work as far as the vendors. Same thing for the flowers. Obviously I would like more flowers than what the package offers so how does this all work? Mariana is on vacation till the end of December so I just need some peace of mind lol Thanks!!!

  11. Hi everyone!  I recently got engaged and we are planning a destination wedding in Cabo next year at an all inclusive resort.  I have been hearing different things and reading different things so I am a little confused.  If we book at an all inclusive resort such as Dreams or Riu and get the "wedding package" that says it includes a cake, music, flower, etc does it really include all that or do I need to contact vendors? People I have been talking to are telling me I need to choose vendor for the wedding but I was under the impression that those packages covered all of that.

Also, we are looking for a resort that is not much more than a 10-15 min cab ride to the marina.  Any suggestions would be so helpful!  Thank you!
