Getting married April 23, 2014 at the Gran Caribe in Cancun and I am a nervous wreck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't know where to begin, can someone please help me?!!

My fiance and I are getting married in Cancun on 4/23/14. I have already started planning as I want to have an idea of the costs. My problem is I am having a hard time deciding on a resort. My choices have been Gran Caribe, Dreams, and Azul. I'm leaning more towards the Caribe(due to costs for wedding/guests), but I am a little worried as some reviews were not too great about the food. Also, going back and forth with whether or not to hire a DJ, was thinking about having a friend create a huge playlist on our IPOD and use the "sound system" the resort has.
