    Hi All, I'm planning my wedding in Turks & Caicos Islands in April 2013 and the bill is adding up quickly. My fiance and I visited Seven Stars Resort and absolutely love it but since trying to book our date we have nothing but issues. I'm getting a headache thinking about it so I'll write some more in later
