DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS! I bought a Tara Keely dress back in July, I received it and it is nothing like the actually dress that I tried on in stores, not even close. It was very cheap looking and I asked for Ivory and they sent me bright white. I was not happy so I asked them for a RMA # to return the dress. They kept telling me I couldn't return it, that all I could do is keep the dress and they would give me store credit. I explained to them I wanted a full refund for the dress as their website states I could have. They finally gave me the RMA# I needed to return in. I returned it on 08/17/2012 and they received it on 08/27/2012 but they kept telling me they never received it. I had the USP look into it and they said they did in fact receive the dress. I sent Sharon’s Bridal the letter from USP stating they received the dress and they said we will refund you in 3 days. 3 days past and nothing, I emailed them again and they said their accounting person was on Holiday and wouldn't return until Monday. I emailed them yesterday, Monday and they said they would refund me "quite soon." I don't think I will ever get my money back and this whole process has been a nightmare. I would NOT recommend using this company at all! I wish I would have seen this post before I purchased the dress because I would have never bought a dress from this company. Sharon's bridal(.com):
