Hi everyone, This is my first post. A little background... I just decided to go with a destination wedding, and looking at packages online. I've been to Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico for vacations, and I'm strongly considering having my wedding at EPM because I really loved it there when I went. However, I'm looking at other all-inclusive options as well. My question is: If the hotel is an all-inclusive... and all of the guests (20-40) are staying there, WHY do we need to pay $12/person for the cocktail hour? It's not a big deal price-wise, but it kind of feels like a rip-off, along with some other fees imposed for parties over 20 people. Have any of you negotiated on the price? How flexible have the all-inclusive venues been? Sorry if this has been asked before.
