  1. This is what I have said to my partner, but he feels that by doing that when we go to England that he will already be married. It's a tough one ! and I think we just need to explore all our options
  2. Hello Everyone, Where to start ! I never realized how challenging this could be ! To make it even harder my fiance and I are from two separate countries on the opposite side of the world (Australia and England) and actually want quiet different things now that we are actually planning a wedding. We had always wanted to get married on a beach somewhere in the middle ( or close to ) but its made harder by the fact that my partners mother is disabled and make the destination so much harder. I would like to get married here ( Aus) and have a blessing in the UK but my fiancee wants his mother to be there ( I do as well but I am torn between my dream wedding and compromising and he deserves to have her there ) I am also feeling uncomfortable about asking people to pay alot of money to be at our wedding and I wondered how people have got around that , paid for 1 nights accommodation ? many of our friends have children now There is so much info on the web that I don't even know what to look for, all inclusive? resorts? organizing an event yourself? paperwork ? I don't know a whole lot about getting married abroad and need ANY advice at all. Thanks in advance x
