Hi!! I am getting married at the Barcelo Maya Colonial in October 2012. I am having some issues reaching/hearing back from my wedding coordinator! The time is ticking and I really want to start shopping for dresses for the bridesmaids. My main Question is: how do I go about planning colors!? will they contact me with different options, or do I need to pick them when I'm there? And do they have lost of options or just a few? We have chosen the free coconut paradise package because we can't afford to spend too much money there. We are having the legal civil ceremony and it already costs $1000 extra just to get the paperwork and legal documents arranged. And info or personal experiences would be awesome. Also, any helpful hints or suggestions are appreciated. TIA!!!! -Evanna
