My fiance & I have decided that a destination wedding is the best way to roll the wedding & honeymoon together to save money as I am sure many of you have. The dilemma we are having is Jamaica is cheaper to get to from Phoenix and the rooms are cheaper at Boscobel but I haven't been able to find any actual wedding reviews from brides there. The only reviews I have seen of the actual resort are on TripAdvisor saying the resort is very dated and isn't worth the Beaches price tag. We have a wide range of kids (10 at most) but ranging from 6-18 years old and from what I can tell the Beaches in Turks seems to offer the most for a whole range of ages (and the grown men who want to play like teenagers). The reviews I have seen from other brides here seems like Turks completely covers the destination wedding/ honeymoon/ family vacation option but I am going to have less guests and family the higher the price tag goes. Also, We are looking at June of 2013 and I think paying for the twilight hour (if I can get it) would be the best for all of my guests not used to heat/humidity but haven't been able to tell if it really makes a difference in the temperature or humidity (long curly hair here!) any advice would be fantastic especially at a 600 dollar premium!
