Hey ladies, I am set to get married April 29th 2013 at Dreams! Very excited for the big day, however it still feels a ways away so the real excitement hasn't settled in yet. Hopefully we can get this thread going again... it seemed really busy awhile ago, but as died down quite a bit! So far, I have my bridal party's dresses bought and that's about it! Haven't even found my dress yet! That probably sounds pretty backwards, I know lol We also just created a wedding website and a facebook wedding group telling all of our potential guests information on booking with our group rate, etc. It looks like we will probably have about 30-40 people coming which is a perfect amount in my opinion. How's everyone elses planning going?

Hello! I am headed down to the Bahia Principe in the Mayan on Wednesday to scope out the resort for our wedding next year (and also to relax!) Just wondering if anyone has tips as to specifics I should try to look into while I'm there. Even though the wedding is still approximately a year away (we're planning to set a date while we're there), I'd like to start getting stuff organized and being there provides me with the perfect opportunity! Anything specific I should look into while I'm there? ps. Should I speak to a travel agent previous to going to the resort next week and get the ball rolling in that area as well? Open to any tips and suggestions! Christina
