We are paying for everything ourselves..its less hassle that way. My parents did pay for my dress though!

I then started to wonder if people would misplace them since our wedding isn't until October. So I decided to create a magnet to attach the luggage tags to (2 luggage tags per couple). I created what I call a "button" (square piece on pic with our logo) using my FAVORITE machine ever...the Cricut!!

 

We printed stickers with our logo and in small print wrote "Please use luggage tags with permanent marker and let dry for 15 minutes". We found thin square magnets at office depot. In between the magnet and the back of the "button" I hot glued a thin rope to form a loop. From the loop I hung the two luggage tags!! I added a lil bow for the completed look!

I dont know if anyone can help with this but my FI's boss and his wife want to come to the wedding the only problem is the wife is in a wheelchair..can anyone help just to let me know how handicap accessible Moon Palace and the beach wedding is? I would love for them to come but I don't want her to feel segregated while they are there.
