Do you need to pay a vendor fee for Floral Fantasies?

How exciting! My wedding is in July so I am guessing I will get the detail list next month! What have you guys done in regards to planning so far? All I did was wedding dress, shoes, bridesmaid dresses, and looked at wedding bands! Oh and I booked our trip and reserved an at-home reception location. Ahhh! I feel like there should be more to do!

Hi ladies! I am very frustrated with the "Gala" menus at the Grand. I have certain people in my wedding who are vegetarians and picky eaters. It seems like we may have guests go hungry and that should not be the case when you are spending 70 per person! Have they ever allowed you to customize a gala meal that is supposed to be a set menu?
