Their email system isn't the best. We called every once in a while to make sure everything was ok, but other than the major things like getting the wedding date set, giving them your guest numbers and pick your meal, everything else gets sorted at the resort when you meet with Angela (you can change your meal at that time as well if you really want to) Oh...just remembered. Don't get the spa package add on or anything to the base wedding price. It's less expensive to get billed separately (suggestion from Angela). She was pretty good with telling us what was worth it and not worth it to add on. Also, just a reminder that only I believe 10 guests are covered in the base package, so you'll need to pay for the additional meals after that number (it's not much. For 45 guests total we still still did our entire wedding for less than $5k)
