Hi ladies, My fiancé and I have just started planning our wedding for February of 2013. We've decided to have the wedding in Costa Rica and are looking for some advice on where would be the best place in Costa Rica to have a wedding. I'm more interested in a backdrop of jungle and flowers than beaches for the ceremony. Something colorful and lively! Any advice would be great! Thnaks!

Hi there, I'm new to this site and an a little overwhlemed with where to start looking! I recently got engaged and my fiance and I are interested in having a destination wedding. Most of our family and friends live in Western Canada so we'd like the flight access to be fairly direct. We'd probably expect about 50 people to attend. We're an adventurous couple who tend to avoid large resorts and other tourists. We're also pretty frugal - prefering to keep things practical rather than extravagant. We're thinking a Feb 2013 wedding. Are there any Canadian ladies here that have experience planning a small unique destination wedding? Any advice would be great! Jessica
