Hi Ladies, I'm a future GPLH bride (June 2, 2012). We've been working with destinationweddings.com to coordinate our travel and it's now time to contact our wedding coordinator on site. I read in the previous posts that it's kinda tricky and am seeking some advice. I was planning on just sending our WC an email but I don't know if I should keep it simple and work out the details as we go OR send a long email with all the things we know we want so far (this site has really help me narrow down the details). Any advice? I'm trying to keep my expectations low since I know they're on island time but we are also just 6 months away (YAY!) Thanks for the help and good luck as well!
