Sheree, Congrats on your wedding!! How was it? How was Aruba? Do you have any pictures of the wedding that you could share? I am also getting married in Aruba in October of 2012. I loved the idea of the Renaissance but we are stuck with the idea of an all-inclusive and the Renaissance's all-inclusive is a little pricey for our guests, so I am waiting on a quote from the Riu.

Did you make a decision as far as the resort? I am also getting married in Aruba in October 2012. I also want an all-inclusive. The first two resorts that my travel agent recommended were the Riu and Occidental. But after reading tons of reviews in trip advisor, I like the sound of Riu way better. The only negative thing that I read about the RIu was that it has hard beds and that the wedding coordinator in the resort doesn't really care too much, other than that it looks like a pretty amazing place, great service, great drinks and great food apparently. I have also looked into the Hyatt, Marriott and Westin. They all offer all-inclusive plans, but they are a little pricey. That is the one thing that is killling me about Aruba, Mexico is so much cheaper!!

Kathy, I'm glad to hear that everything worked out with your daughters. You totally deserve a stress free day!!! Just happiness and joy! I'm also getting married in Aruba hopefully Oct. 20th as well but next year. I am still undecided as far as the resorts. I am looking into Riu, Westin, Renaissance and the Marriott. What made you decide on the Westin? Melissa

Hi, I am planning a wedding in Aruba for October 2012. I was wondering if anyone has had a wedding in Aruba that could share reviews and photos. I am looking mainly into the Riu but also into the Marriott, Renaissance, Hyatt, Westin and Radisson. Any input will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
