    Those are a great way to keep track of invitations, especially if you tend to misplace things like I do. I'm not exactly sure as to when you should sent them out, it's kind of up to you as long as you allow enough time. My sister used these save the date magnets for her wedding and it was a big help considering she sent them out one year before the wedding. I got it in the mail and stuck it on the refrigerator. It was very convenient.
