Hello I got married in barbados in 2008 and i had family and friends from yhe UK where i am from and all over the states and canada, we had a wedding planner who was great and very affordalbe price, i recomend you contact her, she also deals with accommodation for your guest too. I statrted with using just the hotels planner but found there responses was slow and they could not get or find everything that i wanted, so in the end Hire a planner she was not costly at all and is also based in the UK and had dealt with international couples my day was fantastic and i always recommend her.
