Hi Jen - congrats on your engagement! I would highly recommend getting married somewhere on Kauai - it is such a beautiful island. My sister was recently married at The Beach House and it was perfect. Weddings there are held on their lawn which is right on the ocean - they had an arch with chiffon fabric and an orchid lined isle. We planned the ceremony so the pictures afterward were right around sunset and they turned out absolutely gorgeous! If you do get married in Kauai, I would stick to the south shore or you will likely run into problems with rain. The Plantation Gardens would be really beautiful too if you're not set on having a beach wedding.
