Have you seen a copy of the menu? I can send it to you, if not. The See & Sea is actually a surf and turf meal with lobster and beef. I've heard great things about both. Our wedding is November 9th, and we booked back in March/April, the steakhouse was already taken. Whichever you decide, be sure to let them know that and the reception spot as soon as possible. BTW, I noticed that you are from Northern Virginia, I live in Virginia Beach. Good luck!!

Also, who are you using for your photographer?

How exciting! Your wedding is right around the corner!! We will probably have about the same amount of guests. That's a great time...more time to wear your dress, take pictures, and enjoy yourself! Are you just having your guests meet at the lobby bar for the cocktail hour or did you plan it with your coordinator? That's a beautiful idea for your first dance! I would love it if you could update me when you get back. I hope your wedding is everything you've dreamed of and more.

We are getting married on November 9, 2011 at the Majestic Elegance. We are unsure of the amount of people we will be having and if it's less than 15-20, we were thinking about not having a reception after dinner. Has anyone just had the ceremony and dinner? If I decide not to have the reception, is there anything to do around the resort after for guests? Such as a fun bar? Thanks for any advice you may have!
