Yes, I was also informed that Maria is no longer there, but I agree that Lupita has been great so far! I also saw that statment about no external photographers within her list of questions for me back in the spring, but when I asked Maria she told me that they WERE allowed, but you have to pay for a day pass. Thank you for the pictures dreamyeyez! Beautiful...I am getting very excited. Only one month until we leave!!!

Thank you for your review Pinz! We are getting married at the Sandos on December 6th, 2011! I have also recently booked with photographer Dean Sanderson (www.deansandersonweddings.com). I am so glad I got his name from your review as I am very impressed with his professionalism and realistic prices already and the day isn't even here yet. Your pictures are great! You must have had a trash the dress session also? If so, where did you go for it? We are thinking of having the sand ceremony. Does anyone have any pictures of it? Or pictures of a ceremony without a gazebo? Our ceremony is at 3:30 and we are having supper at the Italian buffet at 6:30. We are unsure if we should have a private reception afterwards or book the disco. I am thinking of not and just hanging out with our guests at one of the bar areas. Any thoughts or ideas where we can all hang out without booking a private reception?

nmoreau... great idea about the Welcome Letter and meet & greet happy hour. We were looking for ways to keep it casual but yet organized. We were also thinking about doing a group excursion with our group of about 50 people. Which catamaran did you book? Can you give me more info about it and a contact? Also, if anyone has any other ideas for excursions with groups of this size and a few small childeren, it would be great to have another idea! We are also looking at photographers right now. Has anyone used the resort photographer? Looking forward to our December wedding Seems too far away!
