I would definitely look into the Dominican Republic. My husband and I shot a wedding there in July and could not believe how affordable the all-inclusive resorts were -- the wedding was at the Barcelo Bavaro in Punta Cana and the place was gorgeous!!! I definitely think you can plan a great wedding in DR and the region is absolutely beautiful. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I can share photos with you too if you'd like to see what the resort was like

PS I had my DW in Mexico last year, so I know why you wish it was an option too. But trust me, with the help of this forum, you'll wont have a problem finding a place that is affordable but also provides you with a dream wedding!!!

As a former BDW bride my best advice would be to use every resource and tips you can find on this forum ~ it truly is like gold while you plan the wedding of your dreams!!! Also, don't sweat the small stuff and stress, just enjoy the ride because it really all moves by so quickly. I've been married for more than a year now and I still miss my wedding, LOL.

My family and I recently went on our first cruise this past summer -- Carnival Victory which island hops through the Southern Caribbean and it was a phenomenal experience!!!! 7 islands in a week ~ it was a dream. If you have any questions about the cruise, feel free to message me.

A wedding in the Cancun/Riviera Maya would be fabulous and has LOTS of all-inclusive options  ~ I got married there  But my husband and I recently shot a wedding at the Barcelo Palace Resorts in the Dominican Republic and it was just as amazing!!! Definitely check out DR because they've got tons of AI options too!!!

I actually used Plumeria Wedding Flower Boutique and the owner/designer, Roberta, is a doll!!! I went back and forth with ideas on what I wanted but she handled every request I made with ease and total kindness I would highly recommend this company ~ here's the link to her website: http://plumeriasweddingflowerboutique.com

Also I've attached a few images below just so you get an idea of what her work is like ~ the flowers looked totally real and my aunt actually tried to put it in a vase filled with water until I screamed out "STOP" lol. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I'd be happy to help!
