Any thoughts from any of you brides or bride to be about menu options. We are having the sit down dinner on the beach. I am hesitant to feed my guest beef from Mexico as I haven't heard good reviews about the beef options....any ideas or comments? My wedding is Dec 4th and I need to start finalizing my package....thanks for the info!!
