Hey Heyily!
Thanks for the update! My wedding is in April at BP, so I have about 3 months to go! For some reason, I cant view the pictures you posted, do you think you can add them to your gallery or send them directly to me? I am planning to get the complementary package as well :-)
Best,
Nikia
Hi Brides!
Happy Holidays! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I imagined and more! Mario Yam was our coordinator and he took care of everything! I had no worries or problems whatsoever. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Beach Palace Resort. I did the complimentary wedding package and received a free cocktail hour due to the number of nights/rooms our group booked. If you have questions please feel free to contact me...Happy Planning!
I attached some photos to show what the complimentary beach wedding package looks like...all photos were taken by my photographer at or right near the Beach Palace Cancun resort -

How long was the visit and were you able to spend the day there or were you usherd out right after. (Sorry for all the questions lol) Thanks!
Yes, there is a cost, but it is severely discounted for the first 3 days, I would contact them directly for prices. I went through my travel agent since she works directly with Palace hotels. We stayed a total for 4 nights and 5 days, and just paid regular price for the last night. The first 3 days, we had vendor meetings scheduled, and the last day we finally had time to relax. We got to use ALL of the amenities each since we were staying on the property and were treated as if we were regular guests, so it was awesome that we got to try out all the restaurants and amenities and will know what to recommend to our guests. I'm more than happy to answer any questions, and I have really used this forum to answer some of mine, so I love to pay it forward! :-)

I really made me a little at ease with the whole process since I got to meet face to face the wedding planner, all the vendors, and see the ceremony/receptions areas in person. All of the vendors were very knowledgeable, and were all very nice and helpful. I had the opportunity to see the set up of 2 weddings, one happened to be complimentary package, and the decor is just as it is on the website, very pretty and elegant! I hope you have a wondering time at your Wedding and can't wait to hear all about it when you return!

I would stress too much over the weather! I was just there for a site visit 2 weeks ago, and the various weather reports said rain and thunderstoms, but when we were there, it did not rain at all! The first day it was cloudy, but the other 4 days, the weather was perfect! Don't stress and enjoy your wedding! :-)

Did they allow you to have manu/cake tasting? Also, did you get to take a look at the decoration in person? Just want to know how much detail they go into during the visit, as I was hoping to dive into more details then just viewing the property.

For Beach Palace, you have to schedule it in advance. My travel agent has set up the arrangements for me, but they have a questionarre form for you to fill out so that they can prepare. Shoot an email to Kalena [email protected], she was the one that confirmed my wedding date/time and gave me initital information on schedule a site visit. Good Luck! --Nikia

HI Kristi,
You are sooo close! I am planning a wedding for next April, but I am going down for a site visit in June. I have no idea what to expect during the site visit, did you go down and visit before hand? I already of my wedding date confirmed, but I just wanted to get a chance to meet everyone face to face at least once. lol
Thanks!
