Did anyone have any problems with the wedding coordinator? Cuz I'm finding her very rude and unorganized!!! I'm getting married Oct 5, 2010......

Hey, Â I'm getting married In Oct at the Riu Santa Fe it's right beside the Palace... Is your wedding coordinator by any chance Nelly Diaz? Because I have been dealing with her from day one and she has been nothing but ignorant and is extremely rude. They are very unorganized and really not clear of what they want from the bride and groom. I have had so many problems with my paper work that needs to be submitted. If she is not being helpful call and talk to a manager or have your travel agency deal with them directly... I had to do that and they got somethings corrected. Its kinda scary when you have 65 plus people coming and no one to help you.... I feel your pain.. I'll let you know what she's like.... Â
