Hi All! I am getting married on April 1st, 2011!!! I am from Canada. Has anyone else had trouble communicating with Barcelo? They take FOREVER to get back to me!

SO I have been told that if you get married in Mexico you have to have your marriage license translated in english and that cost $3000. Does anyone know the truth to this? -
I am wondering what the best time of day to get married? I have a choice between 6pm or 1pm. Not the time I really wanted. I want my pictures to be in the sun but I dont want to be in my dress all day. Just wondering what everyone's opinions are! Thanks
