Congratulations on your upcoming (very soon) wedding! I am also getting married at RIU Bachata in December, and am a little nervous about the negative reviews. The resort has been really great over the last year about staying in touch and helping through every detail. We have a smaller group going (25 people) as our date is 2 days past Christmas... but for the most part everything has gone smoothly. Please let us know how it goes for you! We just e-mailed the resort about the details for the dance reception as we have everything else sorted. I didn't realize it was something extra we needed to book. We are going to request the pool area as well for our dance reception. Anyone have any good feedback after their wedding at RIU Bachata?? Getting nervous! Best of luck on your NOV wedding!
