Hey b2b2011! I’m from Calgary too and getting married at the Palace on February 21st! When/ where is your wedding?? As for the responses from wedding coordinators, we finally just received the spreadsheet and we are only about 3 weeks away from our wedding! The response time is horrible but hopefully what everyone seems to say is true: that everything is well taken care of when you actually meet in person. I guess with all the weddings they do their emails get backlogged. Fingers crossed that everything works out in the end! Question for you ladies: anyone that is having live music during the ceremony and has the option of different instruments – which one did you choose? I’m not sure what to pick??
