Our wedding is the 19th, we are having around at least 25 guests, we don't have a total yet. We are going with the Ultimate package. From what we understand getting to talk with the WC takes a great deal of waiting until you get closer to the wedding date. As far as our music, I think we are going to make a playlist and bring a small ipod/speaker setup, or an ipod and rent a sound system. We are not sure where we want the reception to be yet. I bought some more of the printable magnets from Staples as I mentioned earlier. They are $13.49 for 4 8.5X11 sheets. I was able to get 12 magnets per 4 pack. The advantage being you just print and cut, but you have to weigh the cost of them.

Just a heads up everyone, Staples has the magnetic sheets that you print directly on, then you just cut them out. Works great! Sorry but at the moment, I don't know what I paid for them. But since they worked I will be back for more, and I will post a price. Al & Gina
