Hi there, We are thinking about booking the DRC and wanted to know if anyone out there got any perks for booking 20+ rooms? We are planning on 40-60 people during a slow off peak week Oct 26-Oct 31. Hopefully having the wedding on the 29th. We were hoping with that many people we could get our room for free. The dreams website talks about a buy 5 rooms get the 6th free, and a different promo with 15 rooms and 1 free. Also we wanted a package with ceremony (non-official), cocktail hour, dinner/reception. We plan to just use an ipod for music. Thanks!

Hi, The details... Kelly and Rob Riviera Maya Oct 29 We are looking for an all inclusive resort around Playa del Carmen. We will have 20+ rooms booked so I'm thinking we should get some free stuff out of that (a room or two?)... Any thoughts? One travel agent we talked to was directing us to Dreams Riviera Cancun, or Iberostar Tucan. We know its toward the end of hurricane season and there's a chance things could be bad. Don't want anything too far south of Cancun (transfer < 1hr). We would like a beach wedding, followed by cocktail party/hors d'oeuvres, dinner/reception. As long as we have a sound system, we are ok with using an ipod for music. Thanks for all your help!
