That is my dilema as well. I am looking at Excellence Riviera Maya and Secrets Maroma but can't make my decision as they both seem nice. I hired Destination Weddings to help and she thought that Secrets is a little small and was trying to push El Dorado Royale. Secrets is a little cheaper but seems equally as nice. I know people that have gone to Excellence Riviera Maya and loved it but do not know anyone that has visited Secrets Maroma. Let me know what you come up with!!!!!!1

I haven't seen many photos or heard too many wedding reviews but I got engaged down at the VIM a month ago. I am considering it for my wedding destination next november but haven't seen or read enough wedding reviews from the VIM. I did like the resort, beautiful pools and beach, dinner was pretty good, staff was friendly and we never had a hitch with anything. But I would like more info about the VIM for weddings as well!!!!!!!!!! I have checked reviews from Trip Advisor and looked at the photos (and go back very far) there are a few pictures some brides posted. Good luck! Hailee
