Hello all! great information on this forum. My name is Ivy from Vancouver and I am newly engaged and looking to do research on a destination wedding hopefully for Dec2010 or Jan 2011. I was looking at Turks and Caicos due to the beautiful beach and relative seclusion but shocked at the prices! I am primarily concerned about the price for our guests and we would like many of our close loved ones to be able to afford attendance. Trying to do research is daunting and appreciate having a forum like to this to weed through the information.
My fiance's family/friends and my family are based in Ontario which is why we decided to do a destination in the Caribbean vs. Hawaii or Pacific islands.
