Hey!! So I was finally thinking I was finished my OOT bags, and then came upon a great wedding week survival kit that Bryan and I both loved, so we decided to do this last thing. However, I can not download the template. Does anyone know why? There was a post that said maybe it was because I didn't have enough posts (you need 150?) but I did download another template??!! Has anyone encountered this? I'm stressing cuz I wanted everything done by this weekend, as we were already done before this last project. HELP!!??

Magalie those are great!!! Your guests will love them!! My first DIY project was time consuming too and I spent more money than if I would have just paid someone to do it, but after that one the rest turned out pretty good, so don't worry. They look awesome!!

Hi Kristine!! I would say that you could definiteily do a 4 night package for under 20K. I also used the spread sheet with attached costs and just tracked our budget as we went. I ended up scrapping some things and adding others (ie: the centerpieces were $90 a table.....I rented the vases from florist at 8$ and two calla lillies per vase at 8$, bought some rocks and submersible lights and I'm doing sumberged centerpieces for approx $30 per centerpiece)....So saving approx $ 500 just by thinking out of the box....I did all of our invitations, menus, etc too...it really saves on the cost. We are leaving in 36 days!!!! WOO HOO!! I can't wait!! We are doing our votive place cards this weekend, so I'm sure I will have a panic attack but I'll let you all know how it goes and post a pic if I can. I got my dress back from alterations today....I shoved it back in the bag and I'm going to decide tomorrow what to do...LOL. I hope everyone has a terrific NEW YEARS!!! I am in bed with the flu!! No fun for me...well except more wedding stuff..!!

We booked our honeymoon at LA TROZA...It is a private house on a little island...We are not huge on the AI thing and thought this would be nice and relaxing....If anyone else has stayed here, please let me know!!

Hi!! I finally got a pic of my dress uploaded on here...sorry if its huge, I don't know how to fix that...please let me know if you do. So this is before all the alterations it is clipped in the back. I still have not gotten my dress back from alterations....she is promising by January. I'm gonna hold off on buying another until I get it back.

We are getting married Feb 12, 2010!! Woo hoo!! So close now! We can't wait! Lindsay sent over the final bill this morning, so it looks like everything is done. Our colour scheme is turquoise and chocolate brown. The table runners are chocolate brown and then I also bought chair sashes in turquoise. They arrived yesterday and they look great. I am so excited. I think other than that everything is done..If anyone has any suggestions of things I have forgotten please let me know..I don't want to get down there and have a panic attack cuz I forgot something. So, I did the STD and the invitations long ago. I did the menus myself and got a starfish wine stopper to put on top. For our "place cards" I did votive candle holders for each person. I got our guestbook. I have everything for our OOT bags. I did a welcome letter and schedule. For our centerpieces we are doing submerged calla lillies. and for the table numbers I got another similar vase and filled it with sand and seashells and put the table numbers on each one is spanish. Michelle Turner is our photographer and Lucie Aubert will be our minister. Anything I have forgotten Also, I took my dress to get altered the other day and while it was on me, I looked it the mirror and all of a sudden had second thoughts about it. I read that this may be common about two months before wedding, but I'm really panicked now that I will get it back and still not be happy. Any one else have this happen?

We are pretty much done everything...Just waiting on finalization of guests and trying to fill rooms....sigh. We have also offered to pay half of room for some guests and they say they can't take that offer, however, it's like people still don't realize we will end up paying for their whole room if they cancel.

Anyways...just trying to decide on some ice breaker games for when everyone arrives. If anyone has any ideas...we will take them!!

Awesome pictures Sam!! You look amazing!! I love your shoes....they are very similar to mine, I dyed mine blue. I cant' wait for your review. We have made all of our big decisions regarding the wedding, but just have a few small things to decide. Has anyone done 2 people per row for the ceremony? I have looked at countless pictures and most times 3 to a row looks great, but some times it looks squished (I am wondering if it is maybe just the camera angle). Also any DIY table runner girls? I found some online for very cheap, but they are way too long for the tables. Saw a great idea for putting our monogram on the end of them, but not sure if anyone has done it?? Other than that, I think everything is done...we booked our honeymoon which i am really excited about. Has anyone ever stayed at LA TROZA? I would love reviews about it. Thanks so much!!

I am getting married in February. I want to lose at least 10 pounds, but 15 would be better...I have been losing inches, but nothing around my abdomen. It looks like I have a "baby bump"...lol.. Any advice on exercise that worked for that? Diet advice? I have no idea where to start....I have been this weight for probably 15 years, I never lose or gain weight.....Any help would be great...Thanks so much!!
