Has anyone gotten married or is planning to get married at the Punta Cana Resort in the DR? I'm looking for info and opinions from other brides. I'm finding it really hard to put together a budget with the wedding coordinator and am having second thoughts about the resort in general. We are supposed to get married JUly 4, 2010 and am getting pretty anxious that this won't actually happen. Chose PUnta Cana resort partially because it is much more affordable for my guests then other hotels. However, for the wedding everything is a la carte, compared to other places that have wedding packages. So, it seems like it will actually be MORE expensive. And, the responses from the Wedding Coordinator are totally unpredictable. SOmetimes, she responds in an hour, other times it takes a few days or a week. THoughts? Suggestions? Help please!
