    Congrats for your engagemment. Don worry about timing  you are just in time :-)

    In cancun there are planty of awsome hotel to get married, so take a look on the web, you can visit me by melia, there are tree or more Palace, also in the Riviera Maya  you will found a solution for you like  Palladium, El  Cid, Ixcaret ...

    Hello there, congrats and happy planning!

    First of all try to remember that you must enjoy every step on this planning. 

    Your list will increase and decrese every day, so don't pay attention to that, focus on the good things you like to plan. Begin with the cake, your dress, invitations, .... try to have a plan B in case moon palace is not available and go on with every thing else. 

    Im sure by January you'll have almost every thing under control : )

    We have shoot several weddings at this hotel and we highly recomend their chappel it is  a realy great place to get married, and the wedding coordinators at the GRAN CARIBE REAL  are great.

    Hello Dear how are you wellcome to the forum and happy planning this a great resort is it has 3 different gazebos they are agreat and areas they have for you to have your wedding pictures is just great.

    me and my new husband travelled from england to get married at the moon palace hotel.
    we chose the tucan gazebo as we liked the river and the pond that surrounded it.
    our whole wedding day was better than we expected.
    our organiser was elisa, very nice lady. i chose the horse and carriage which is well worth the money. 

     

    everything in the package was very good value for money.
    our eveing dinner was at the italian restaurant at the golf course, this is a la cart and i would reccomend this or your wedding dinner, we saw a couple queing for buffett which i dont find romantic at all.

    Hello Dear how are you and wellcome to the forum you will find this site very helpful to plan that special day plus lot of great people that can help you with your questions and needs.

    We recently spent a week at Dreams Puerto Aventuras and I can help with some of your questions. The resort is about an hour and a half south of the airport. Nonstop or direct transportation might be worth considering, as the trip would be much longer if stopping at other resorts along the way. There were no timeshare salespeople there, or if there were, they never approached us. Several tour companies, however, are available for booking excursions. The restaurants included the World Cafe buffet, Portofino Italian, Seaside Grill (casual lunch, steakhouse for dinner), Oceana adults only seafood, and the Patio Mexican. There is a sushi bar and poolside hamburger/hotdog grill as well. And 24 hour, complimentary room service.

     

    We have both been to Cancun and are getting married there on July 2nd. We did alot of research and have chosen Dreams Puerto Aventuras. They have been very responsive and are so far great to work with. The resort looks beautiful and the site for the wedding is great. They offer a free wedding package as a base then it goes up from there.
