Good afternoon Ladies! Stefanie - The prices have been pretty good from what I've seen, but I'm in the US. For 7 days including flight it's been about $1,000 per person. amybermuda - They do have a smaller package for 20 guests for $1950. They do have some music and DJ options, but I don't recall the pricing. It does say no outside photographers in the information I've read, but I think like most anything, you might be able to work something else out. If the photographer is in your wedding party, it shouldn't be a problem at all. To all - Has anyone been having any trouble getting in touch with Sandy? I've asked her to call me and called and left a message, but no luck. I would like a legal ceremony that will be recognized in the US. On one of the documents I received it mentions the legal ceremony is only valid in Mexico. That's the first time I've seen that at any resort in Mexico, so I'm not sure what to think. Thanks! Darla

I found a few reviews on tripadvisor.com where people reviewed the resort and were married and/or attended a wedding there. I've been working with Sandy to get the details lined out and a date reserved for June, 2010. Has anyone been sucessful in negotiating a better deal for a group or rooms and/or on the wedding package? If so, would you mind sharing what they were able to do for you? I've just been corresponding via e-mail and was shot down on my first attempt. Hoping she might come back with something the next time I hear from her. It's been taking about 1/2 a day to get a response. I do have the 2010 wedding package rates and a PDF with 4 pictures of the different wedding setups. Let me know if you want either of those. Anyone know anything about the Omni? Looks pretty nice and like they can do just about anything for a wedding, but I haven't seen anyone post about getting married or attending a wedding there. Any thoughs, suggestions, ect. would be greatly appreciated. We're looking to be married in June 2010 with about 20 guests and are trying to keep it affordable for everyone. Thanks so much!

Hello everyone! I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago and we're hoping for a June wedding in Cancun. If anyone has any do's or don'ts for getting married in Cancun, please let me know.
