Super frustrating!!! Sorry about that! Ours are due April 15 and we still have 23 we haven't received. Some of those are from people who told us a long time ago they aren't coming and some of our bridal party! I don't understand why if you definitely know you are or are not coming, why not send the reply card back! People definitely don't think about all the planning. We are seriously tracking at the exact number for what we budgeted so even if one of our maybes comes, we will be over budget, which we need time to plan for.

The Sheraton can definitely do a room drop of the bags. I think the cost might be $3 per bag, but maybe you can get them to comp it

Hi Ladies, I am back too!!! I started a new job in December and it has been so crazy that I have had zero time for wedding planning. It sounds like you are all doing amazing! Here is some info I have found on shipping. From everything I have heard, don't ship via Fedex or UPS as it usually gets held up in TJ and won't arrive. I am going to work with a customs broker, which is more expensive, but at least I know it will arrive safely.  Yes, we are during the same weekend! My wedding planner is working with the florist directly right now so I haven't seen any proposals yet, but we are meeting with 2 when we are there. That seems so expensive for centerpieces with no flowers! I feel like maybe Cabo del Sol has something in house that can be used on the tables. I will definitely ask when we are there! Â

Donie, that's great about your fiance's suit! My fiance got his at Nordstrom this June during their anniversary sale. Â We are going to Cabo in less than 2 weeks to do our final site visit, meet with vendors and tasting at Cabo del Sol. I can't wait!!!

I noticed flights are super expensive right now too and I don't think United has come out with all of theirs yet. If you haven't used Yapta.com before, definitely get on it. You can track flights and hotels and they send you an email when the prices have dropped or if the price drops after you book and you might be able to get a credit.

I agree with Donie. We are using Los Cabos on our save the dates, since our ceremony is at the Mission in San Jose, it can get confusing.
