  2. Hi Bonnie, Just an FYI - I have an outside photographer (Claudia) and we just booked a room for her.   3. Hi Laura! That's a good question about giving a tip to the WC. I never even thought about that. I leave April 4th to Mexico and wedding is on the 10th....any thoughts? Hey Amy, I only have 27 guests which is still small and we are still undecided where to have our reception too. I know that i want outside either pool side, beach or the open air restaurant. The open air restaurant is nice but I think it's just way too big for only 27 people....it might look funny. We are not spending money on a DJ since there are only 27 of us.....we might just go to the disco afterwards or I might set up an IPOD. I would like to have at least one dance with my Dad and FI so that's why we would need to bring an IPOD or something. Sabrina

I have no clue what I'm going to do I can't beleive they told you that they were only at 40% capacity....I don't understand. The only option now is booking them at the other resorts like the Tropical. I just don't how much it would cost for a day pass each day or maybe take the chance of them coming over to the Palace and hanging out with us. What is your plan to book more rooms? Sabrina

Have you had any trouble booking anyone? We have 26 booked right now(from Ontario) but we are trying to book some of our guests from Calgary and Vancouver and we were told the hotel is now full. Our travel agent is trying to make some requests to the hotel but it doesn't seem to be working. The only other option is for some of the guests to stay at the other resorts (i.e tropical, etc) but I want to avoid this. I want everyone to be at the palace. Sabrina

Hi Yesther, The only question I can answer is about the restaurants.....if you go to Reviews of Hotels, Flights, Vacations, Resorts, and Vacation Rentals - TripAdvisor you will find lots of reviews on the resort. Hi vlynnw, You have lots of time to plan as your not getting married until 2011. Xhail along with all the other WC's take sometime to get back to you (1 to 2 weeks). Xhail is my WC too and she will eventually get back to you so don't worry. You can book your date with her but don't expect to start planning the details with her as she will probably be concentrating on the 2009 and 2010 brides right now. I'm getting married in April 2010 and she still hasn't done any of this with me. Happy planning! Sabrina
