They also won't automatically send the flowers and champagne to your room unless you talk to the concierge first. The honeymoon package was great! We had so much fun with it Don't worry about it Megan! What you have done is all that you need to do before you go. I would make a list for yourself of everything that you want to talk to Ana about when you meet with her though...menus, flowers, extra decorations, music (if you are using sound system), etc. This way, when you meet with her, you will be very organized and get all of your questions answered. I didn't write this stuff down and there were things that I forgot when I met with her. Oh, and if you have any of your own decorations, favors, etc. you should bring them with you to give to Ana when you meet with her and write down for her exactly what you want done with them. Also, she will take you around and show you the options for ceremony sites and reception/cocktail hour sites if you haven't totally decided on a location for something. I finalized all of my details with her once I got there, not before. Hope this helps! Laura-- If you didn't know until you got there what locations you were going to have the ceremony, cocktail and reception... etc. How did you go about making the info sheet/itenerary for your guests of what time and where everything would take place? ?

Has anyone decided what location to have their ceremony at? There is another wedding on the same date as mine so I originally nervous I wouldnt get the deck (thats what I wanted all along) and now I'm nervous that if the other bride chooses the pool area her party will be right next to mine. Ana has assured me that everything will be perfect but I worry too much. Any way hope everyone enjoys the pics. I am that 'other bride'. I feel the same way you do as far as not wanting both wedding parties side by side that would be... awkward and not very private. My travel agent just got back last week from a visit/meeting with Ana at the Dreams and said everything looks great and that there are tons of creative options for set-ups of the reception and stuff. So no worries
