Help!! My wedding in Puerto Rico is scheduled for 4/7/09 and I cannot figure out how to make it legal!! How do I get a marriage license? I know that we need blood tests within 10days and that we have the minister sign and then we get a special stamp, but how, what, when and where Cannot find good info online all the numbers have been disconnected? Please if you can help, I'd so appreciate it, the time is ticking!!!

hola! Destination Wedding in Puerto Rico 4/7/09 with immediate family at a church in old San Juan, dinner at Perla of La Concha resort and dancing at the club. Easy Breezy except......having a hell of a time getting the marriage license, it seems you order a certificate then take it to the minister with a blood test from within 10d then mail it with an expensive stamp, but where and how
