  1. Hi lyeung830, The hotel itself is very nice and modern, however the beach was very bad when I was there. There were tons of rocks and it's always either red flag or orange flag. They may have cleaned up the rocks by May 2010 though. Are you going to have a beach wedding? I didn't see any gazebo or ceremony location. We went when the hotel was like 2-3 months old and there were still a lot of improvements need to be made, but I'm sure it will be a very nice resort for wedding. I do recommend this hotel in general for pictures, I especially love the lobby, the pools. The beach is beautiful, minus the rocks (or everybody needs to wear shoes/sandals) Feel free to email me if you need more information regarding Puerto Morelos or the hotel! Would you recommend this hotel for a wedding from photog's POV as far as getting beautiful shots?
  2. Hi bryonandkiuana, Thanks for stopping by, I didn't see any weddings going on when we were there, and the occupancy rate was really low because it was still very new. The resort is very pretty, and it should be fully ready by November. Please keep me in mind if you ever need a wedding photographer
  3. Hi ladies, I got back from Puerto Morelos not that long ago and I wrote a review on the hotel and the activities that we did. jessiechophotos.com Mayan Riviera, Mexico feel free to ask me if you have any questions!
  4. Thanks for the info! I'll definitely check it out! it's just my hubby and I so we don't have a big group. I tried to convince him to drive but he's totally against it. I think there's a lot of stuff to do around the area so we won't be able to do everything in 6 days, but we can always go back.
  5. Hi MarieSam, thank you for the info! do you know what's the best way to get around? my husband doesn't want to drive because he doesn't want to take the risk of getting pull over by cops. thanks,
  6. Hi Ladies, we are planning to stay at the brand new EdenH (i think they changed the name to EH or something like that though) @ Puerto Morelos and wonder if any of you know any great sites for snorkeling? and will the water be cold in Janurary? thanks,
