In January I went to Disney World for the first time ever in my 25 years with my boyfriend Michael. We arrived on January 3, and that was the fateful day. We had dinner reservastions at the Polynesian resort, so we walked over there from the Magic Kingdom. We had a great dinner and enjoyed the sites, after dinner Michael asked me if I wanted to watch the fireworks from the beach, which of course I agreed to. We layed in a hammock for a while just talking and enjoying the scene. After a little bit, Michael said he was going to get some coffee... When he came back he had something shiney behind his back, and he told me that he got me something, but I couldn't have it until the next day. We had packed his backpack with stuff for the evening, and our camera with the tripod for some memorable pictures. Finally, Michael made me get up and he started taking pictures of me standing in front of the castle.... Before the fireworks started, Michael said " I have something to tell you", he told me that he wanted me to be his princess forever, and then he got down on his knee and asked me to marry him, right after he proposed to me, the fireworks started shooting off... It was the most memorable night of my life... and the shiney thing I saw when he came back from getting coffee were champagne glasses... He had packed a small bottle of champagne for us to toast to our new life together... It was so romantic...

Since we are having a small wedding in Anna Maria Island, I was thinking of sending save the date cards to everyone with our reception date instead of our wedding date since we don't expect many people to attend the actual wedding. Is this a bad idea?
