  1. Erin, I can relate to you 100%. I don't have any posed shots of Eric and I together but only candids. Looking at your images you can still definitely make a great album and thank you card with what you have. I love the one where he is kissing you on the cheek right after you were married. Hopefully some of your guest have some and you can have those too but I think from the link you have, you have great pictures to work with!

  2. I'll word this one a little better since my last post was deleted, sorry!

-Hotel Monaco, they have very nice suites.

-Affinia has a nice One Bedroom Suite

-Dana Hotel and Spa. There bedrooms are small and it's very expensive to get a suite there. The rooms are very nice though and a Cozy King is sufficient.

-Hotel Indigo on Gold Coast has awesome wood floors and it's very bright and colorful. Price is a little higher for a boutique hotel.

Toured the James and there Apartment Suites are awesome.

Also W Hotels are nice but rooms are REALLY small.

Some other good hotels: Hard Rock, Peninsula (although $$) and any Kimpton hotels are nice. GL!

  3. I am SHOCKED at the lack of Chicago photographers doing boudoir.

As far as hotels this is my recommendation. The Hotel Indigo on the Gold Coast, Affinia and the Dana Hotel and Spa. I also recommend The James and just toured their rooms while there and they were AMAZING. I have toured the W rooms and wasn't too impressed, there rooms are VERY small.

  4. Hi Lisa, I was there in March for a wedding and we stayed in just one of the basic rooms which was on the beach side. In terms of sides to pick I would go with the main pool side (the resort is seperated by a road so you need to take the bus across and cannot walk)

At the Airport in Montego Bay there is a currency exchange right after immigration. However, I never bring money when I stay there, I just put everything on my room card and then pay by credit card when I am done. I'd bring some singles for tips (though they say you don't need to tip) I always feel weird not doing so. Also, I don't think you need to bring gifts, I've never heard of anyone doing that.

And the pool bar on the beach side rocks, it's not big but it's a little more private!
