Hi there, I was hoping someone could give me some info on getting Birth Certificates and Divorce Certificates translated. We live just outside of Toronto and we are getting married in April 2009. How long does this process take? Do you go to the Mexican Consulate? Do I need to have an appointment? How much does this cost? Thank you for your help.
