Wow, we are getting married on the same day!

Hello, We are from Denver, CO and are getting married at Club Riu Jalisco on Oct 23rd. The email I got from the wedding coordinator said that we will need copies of our birth certificates and my divorce decree translated and notorized. Does anyone know where we should have this done, mexican consulate...certified translator service? I have almost everything I need in place passports, location, dress, flowers....but am lost on what to do with this part. I tried to search the forum but couldn't find what I was looking for HELP!!!! Hi, I'm Corey and I am getting married October 23rd at the Riu Jalisco in Nuevo Vallarta. We chose an intimate wedding package its just the two of us, my two boys and we are bringing two witnesses (needed baby sitters for the big day ....So just six of us. Our families were a little dissapointed they won't be there to share with us but I was married once before and swore if I ever did this again the next time it would be a small destination wedding just about us. Plus there were a lot of family politics we were desperately trying to escape!!! We are having a wedding reception at home on November 8th for family and friends to help us celebrate.
