  4. Los Cabos is one of the best cities in Mexico. The exotic, natural and beautiful that it’s, make it one of the most chosen tourist spots for weddings. In addition, its weather is usually mild, which brings magic to a beach wedding. For us, the best weather is from March to June, since in these dates the weather is the best (72º F average) and also our whales visit us which happens from January to March, a natural show that they’ll be able to enjoy a lot. Saturdays are the most wanted days, in case the day you plan is busy there is always Happy Fridays, so you, your family and friends, can enjoy all weekend. April to June and October to December are the busiest months, so plan with time! July and August are sare months with the warmest temperature. The best pretext for you and your guests to dress casually in your ceremony and enjoy fresh drinks in your cocktail. The weather will be most pleasant for the reception. September, although it rains little, it does rain. If your special date is in September, all the hotels and venues are prepared with a plan B and so you can continue enjoying the sun the next morning. Choosing the best time will depend on what type of wedding you want and what kind of wedding you have dreamed about. Then remember, before choosing the best date, now that you know our weather, you should ask yourself these questions: • Do we have a special date? • Is the location we want available? • What wedding style do you want? And now, sure, choose the best time to get married in Los Cabos. We read soon! EM Weddings @emweddingscabo
  5. Tips to consider for great wedding photos in Los Cabos and prevent Heat Stroke The change of climate can generate issues in our body and ruin your trip and photos. That’s why it’s very important to protect ourselves from before your Big Day. Heat Stroke is a problem that can happen when you come from a cold region and you are not used to extreme heat. It is considered heat stroke when the body exceeds a temperature of 104oF. Los Cabos, whose temperature is average almost all year, you will not have that problem at all, anyway, we give you these tips to prevent this heat stroke and not suffer any damage with the change of climate in very warm regions. To prevent heat stroke, you have to do the following: Tip 1: Stay hydrated constantly drinking water. Avoid alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea or highly sweetened beverages. Tip 2: Stay in cool places (when the temperature exceeds 104oF) or in the shade (when the temperature is below 104oF). Or being at the hotel, keep the air conditioning at a medium temperature so that when leaving the room, the climate change is not abrupt. Tip 3: Eat lightly, such as salads, fruits, vegetables or juices. Tip 4: Do not exercise outdoors in the hottest hours, generally from 12 noon to five o'clock in the afternoon. Tip 5: On the street, wear light, light-colored clothing that attracts less sunlight, fresh shoes that allow perspiration and hats. Now let's talk about the tips to go well in the photos always: Tip 1: Let's talk about Tanning: Take care not to have your lenses, bracelets or swimwear straps marked. Photoshop doesn’t make so many miracles Tip 2: Let's talk about mosquitoes: Don’t forget to have a repellent at all times. We do not want spots. Tip 3: Let's talk about the pool and the sea: Try a day before the big day not to get into the pool or the sea because it can mistreat your hair or generate some allergy in the eyes. Do you have another tip? Please share with us. You can always enjoy, you just must prepare yourself, take care of yourself and the body will let you enjoy it. @emweddingscabo http://www.emweddings.com

  11. giving you endless memories of the best day of your lifes

  12. This is a very talked about topic when it comes to making wedding decisions, whether to take the wedding photos before or after the Ceremony. Many couples believe important to have the surprise to meet walking down the hall, But that can sometimes mean having to sacrifice other aspects, like the cocktail hour!. So below we mention some pros and cons about this topic (based on our experience) so you can make the best decision! PROS: You will have more time to enjoy with your family and friends during the cocktail hour. You can make your ceremony later that if you had to take the photos after the ceremony, meaning: Better Weather and more time to get ready! If your family is large, you will not have to go looking for people everywhere and you can prevent someone important missing on the photos (Can you think of someone that will run directly to the open bar, right after the ceremony ends? It happens a lot!) You avoid nervousness since you've had a kind of "rehearsal" to see the groom ... (Good Photographers will make sure this moment is also very special!) - Your makeup / hair / dress will be fresher. Children are often restless, even more after having been quiet 20 minutes in a ceremony, so it will be easier to get a good smile from them if the photos are taken before. CONS: The moment when the bride and groom see each other for the first time is magical—and it’s awesome to share that with your guests! Everybody has to be ready from VERY long time before. The photos will not have "Ocean in the background" like when your ceremony is on the beach and you take the photos right after. Lighting: Usually all the ceremonies are made around sunset, so the light is much, MUCH better (trust me!) The expression on the face is often very different, you can notice the stress of having to run to get married and the common “pre-wedding Jitters”. conclusion: Our recommendation is that you take the photos after the ceremony; everyone is already there, stress will have passed, you'll be more relaxed, everyone will be extremely happy and smiling (except maybe the kids) and ... LIGHT! Your photos will really benefit from this lighting. ... And of course, If you are coming to Cabo to get married, wouldn't it be ideal to have beach background wedding photos? You could also combine and take a few pictures before and some after ... How about taking all the photos before the ceremony and a session on the beach alone with the couple after ceremony?

getting married on August 9 in Cabo

Hi Alexandra! It actually is a bit hot and sunny... August is probably the hottest month down here! If you have a good reason to make the ceremony at that time, i think you can handle, but if you can change it without affecting anything else, then I would recommend a ceremony around sunset. bether weather and better lighting (Pictures will come out a lot better too!). But hey, don't get worried! No matter the time, your wedding will be perfect
