Where are you looking to go? I know I had a LOT of trouble trying to find a resort with an available date. I ended up switching countries altogether! I didn't want to just settle for any resort and I really really wanted that date. So I had to make some sacrifices. The 7th and 9th seemed readily available though if you aren't dead set on a date.
