Im so nervous about getting my hair and makeup done there since im so particular abotu those things.. any advice or reviews from people who have had it done recently would really help put me at ease?

Hey everyone... I know i've seen these on here somehwere.. does anyone have numbers 1-10 in the sand as pictures? I want to get these framed and take them over as the table numbers. cant remember where i saw them.

i bought a second dress for the TTD session. someone posted this awesome site that has sale dresses.. i couldnt believe how cheap they were.. but the dress was $40 plus shipping and looked jsut like the picture.. :-) hope that helps.. the dresses on the site change as things get bought and added

well, i bought one for my TTD pictures.. hopefully its as beautiful as the picture is.. soooo hard to believe its so cheap! we'll see.. ill let you know what its like when i get it!

Im having my reception in the ballroom, partially bc we have about 85-90 people coming, and also we dont want to be limited on how late we can party. when we were there for our site visit in june, we saw a reception in the ballroom. its def not dark in there. they do have overhead lighting, and there are optional additions, like lights under each table ($25/table) and overhead colored lights (i think it was like $250, dont remember exactly)... as far as how big, they have like 4 rooms with dividers, and depending on how many poeple you have, they give u the appropriate number of rooms... as far as decorations, thats a personal choice.. you can make it as simple or as fancy as you want, but i would minimally get the chair covers and bows (the bows can be reused from the ceremony, so u dont get charged twice...).. if u have any other questions, let me know :-)Quote:

im starting to work on my invitations.. and im thinking of the best way to go about doing the response cards... the box that goes with the bottles is 7 x 2 x 2.. dunno if that would work with response cards? or do i need to just get a bigger box?? if anyone has any idea.. please help!

dreams is actually great with this.. no reservations needed, and you can eat wherever u want.. the most we waited for anything was maybe an hour, and even then it wasnt a big deal , we just had drinks at the bar... :-)Quote:

i have heard amazing things about this resort... we had a tough time picking a place.. we were lookign for a lot of things... our wedding is in january, so we were weather limitied... flying out to antigua is gonna be expensive.. we are flying from ccancun to antigua with a layover... and then from antigua back home with a layover.. we are staying in a beachfront villa with pool and hot tub.. we wanted something more private and very romantic, and after all the great things we heard, we finally chose it.. it is going to be pricey, but hey.. only honeymoon once!Quote:

The petals were fake I got from Petalgarden.com. Wanted to line the walkway, but it was way too windy there. Petalgarden has a wide variety of colours and fast delivery. -

aaaah!!! im leaving in 6 days and still havent heard back from claudia!! :-( i thought shes supposed to get back to you quickly when its right before your wedding.. sooo frustrating..
