okay, this is what I found on Tripadvisor which was posted March 14, 2008.

"We went to Essence Massage, it is located within walking distance from the Golden Crown Paradise, Crown Paradise, Krystal, and Hacienda. It is on the street accross from where the cruise ships dock in a little (what I call) U shaped plaza, (phone #293-08-33) there are other shops there, an internet and phone shop, tequilla shop and laundry. The massages were good. The price was $70.00 US for 2 one hour relaxing massages. There are other treatments available, exfoliation ( 1 hr $35.00), mud treatment (1 hr $40.00, stretch mark treatment ( 1 hr 15 min for $35.00) manicure ($11.00) pedicures ($14.00) the prices are US not pesos. "

welcome, you are my wedding date twin! good vibes our way!
  3. we are going to say a few words to our friends and family. I think my father in law is going to say a few words and then have a good time. that's about it. We're going to have a slideshow and a few gifts but i don't think anything else is required. Maybe advise on any other last minute details on the wedding day.

  4. Shelley,

I've been to Barbados for 10 days in Oct. 2006. it was FANTASTIC. you are right, the beaches were great. The people very friendly. The inexpensive food was all fried, so that was a downer. you can get good food, just have to pay more. we ended up getting breakfast and lunch from the grocery on most days and then went out to dinner. we stayed near Christchurch which is where the bars and restaurants are. We did a submarine tour, snorkeled and shopped downtown. it was lovely. I'll see if i can post some pics.

There is another club called Hilo a few doors down from the Zoo on the malecon. Also very fun and larger than the Zoo, a slightly more upscale and still really fun. Drinks are pretty cheap here too.

Nikki Beach is a very sexy and gorgeous club. It's on the beach with big beds and pillows, a little pricier than most spots but right in the marina at the Westin. IMO the setting is amazing.NIKKI BEACH

The No Name Cafe is a great sports bar to start with but like Dougsgirl says I don't think they have dancing.

Also google Christine's, De Santos, Collage. Have fun!
thank You!!! i will put them on my list and see where the night takes us. thanks for all your help!

Great, thank you so much. I'll spread the word. Do you happen to know where the Zoo bar is?
  7. Does anyone have any suggestions on a couple of bars in Puerto Vallarta? My fiance and I would both like to have separate men and women get togethers (kind of bachelor and bachelorette party) the wednesday before our wedding (may 17). It'll probably 30 or so people in each party so it'd need to be big enough to accomodate. Nothing too crazy just a cool pub and maybe some dancing. We wouldn't be going together so something that would appeal to a group of men and then also a group of women. ANY suggestions would be helpful. thanks! Oh and we are staying in the Marina if that helps narrow things down (doesn't mean we have to stay in the area but would be helpful). Gracias!!!
